Building a new home is a tremendously complex endeavor. It involves many people, usually comprised of different subcontracting companies, each working on different parts and systems of the house. Even for the best builders, it's nearly impossible to complete this process without missing something. Maybe it's a plumbing fixture that didn't get tested for leaks, a bowed wall, an electrical box that isn't working, or any one of dozens of problems that can easily be overlooked in such a major undertaking. And while you may perform your final punch list walkthrough with a diligent eye, you will not, more than likely, be walking on the roof, crawling through the attic or be equiped with the specialized equipment that is necessary in our inspections, to perform a thorough job. 

We will find and identify these problems while it is still early enough for you to address them with the builder and have them corrected prior to closing and before you begin moving your family and possessions into the home.
