Meet Ian Millinoff

Growing up in Gainesville, FL, and with 20 years of experience in construction defect litigation as a lawyer, I started my own home inspection company in 2004. After completing the National Home Inspectors Examination, I joined the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in 2005 and attained my Certified Member status. With over 6000 home inspections under my belt in the north-central Florida area since 2004, I operate under General Liability insurance and offer reliable and consistent computer-generated reports that meet or exceed ASHI standards for every inspection. Here at Reliance Home Inspection Services, Inc, we always include an Inspection Agreement outlining the scope and limits of the inspection process. Personal Background

Happily married to my beautiful wife Carolyn Millinoff for 40 years, we have two children, Erin and Adam. Growing up and attending the public schools in Gainesville, FL, determined to give safe properties and ultimate peace of mind for purchasing a property allows me to give back to the community that raised me.
