Under Air Defined

Our pricing is based on the Under Air size of the home. “Under Air” is referred to as those areas that are “heated and cooled.” It does not include those areas that are not air conditioned, such as garages or patios. We do inspect garages and patios.

We accept all methods of payment. Payment for services and execution of our contract is required before releasing any report. Once you have scheduled an inspection, an automated email will be sent to you confirming the date and time with a provided link for payment and execution of the contract.
